A new Italian festival is coming to Rochester, NY, and we are looking for volunteers to bring the event to life.

Ciao Ragazzi! Festa D’Italia and 2026 FIFA World Cup Final Celebration welcomes guests on Saturday, July 18, through Sunday, July 19, 2026, to Spencerport Fireman’s Field for a festival rooted in Italian-American heritage.

We are looking to fill volunteer slots on the following days:

Thursday 7/16

Friday 7/17

Saturday 7/18

Sunday 7/19

The team will be looking to fill 3-hour shifts in a range of locations:

Setup, breakdown, tickets, games, food& drink, ground maintenance, etc.

We will place volunteers based on their ages and previous experiences.

All volunteers who complete a 3-hour shift will receive a meal and free admission to the festival.
