Who We Are
Night Owl Reconnaissance (NOR) is a grassroots nonprofit organization that uses open-source intelligence (OSINT) and investigative analysis to locate missing persons, support recoveries, and improve public understanding of these cases. Our volunteers work collaboratively with families, advocacy groups, and law enforcement to bring structure, accuracy, and compassion to investigations.
About the Role
The OSINT Case Evaluation Analyst helps identify, research, and prepare missing persons cases for NOR’s investigative teams. You will evaluate case listings, verify data, and conduct light OSINT research to build structured “Case Snapshots.” These snapshots summarize known details, highlight investigative challenges, and guide future research efforts.
