Volunteer Opportunity: Newsletter & Communications Support

Do you enjoy design, communications, or helping organizations connect with their community? Wellesley Neighbors is seeking a volunteer to assist with our monthly newsletter using Constant Contact.

What you’ll do:

• Format and publish our monthly member newsletter in Constant Contact
• Help make the newsletter clear, easy to read, and visually engaging
• Collaborate with our team to share updates, events, and resources for older adults in our community

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable using Constant Contact (or willing to learn)
• Basic design sense and attention to readability
• Dependable and able to commit several hours each month

Why it matters:

Our newsletter is the lifeline for members: keeping them informed, engaged, and connected. With your help, we can make sure it’s not only informative but enjoyable to read.

Time commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per month, remote-friendly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to give back with a skill that directly impacts the lives of older adults in Wellesley and surrounding towns.
