We are at a pivotal transition point, seeking experienced leadership to help stabilize our operations, strengthen systems, and ensure that our mission of responsible, sustainable rescue continues to thrive.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership during a growth and transition period. This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired nonprofit leader, or an experienced ED interested in short term, high impact work.

This is a leadership role with real authority, designed to support organizational health and prepare the rescue for its next phase.

Ideal Candidate

• Former or current nonprofit ED, COO, or senior leader
