Recruiter

We are seeking 3 Recruiters will work closely with the Admin & People Team and leaders to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates in roles across the organization. Using databases, outreach campaigns, social media, and professional networks, you’ll source and connect with individuals who align with R.O.Y.O’s mission and values.

We believe in creating a fun, family-like culture where recruiters help shape a positive, engaging environment. As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of fostering that culture and ensuring every volunteer feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help refine job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect organizational needs.
• Research candidates and engage them in conversations about opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to job seekers and invite them to apply for open roles.
• Screen candidates through phone interviews and assist in the hiring process.
• Support onboarding by helping new volunteers transition smoothly to their teams.
• Process applications, schedule interviews, and manage hiring paperwork.
