Office Volunteer - Help Support our Hospice Care Team and Patients

Description:

AccentCare Hospice is looking for compassionate and organized office volunteers to help support our hospice team behind the scenes. Your time and attention to detail help ensure patients and families receive the care and comfort they deserve.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing in-home binders for new patients and families
• Answering Phones
• Preparing and sending care packages to patients and families
• Writing letters or cards to patients for encouragement and comfort
• Organizing supplies
• Assisting with special projects, mailing, and volunteer events

Requirements:

To ensure the safety and quality of care we provide, all Direct care volunteers must complete

• • Background check
  • tuberculosis (TB) Test
  • Drug screening
  • volunteer training modules
  • Valid Government I.D.
  • Valid Visa and Social Security number (for identification and screening process)
