Hospice Volunteer

As a Hospice Volunteer at Aligned Hospice, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families during a challenging and emotional time. Bring your unique talents and skills to the seniors in your community!

Volunteers are the HEART of Hospice!

We are looking to fill the following Volunteer Roles:

• Direct Patient Care Volunteer for North County area (above the 56 freeway)
• 11th Hour Volunteer (sits with patients actively transitioning)
• Licensed or Certified Volunteer: Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Pet Therapy, Cosmetology, or anything other licensed/certified role that could benefit our Hospice patients.
• Administrative Volunteer (Approx. 10-15 hours per week) in office
• Delivery Volunteer: Willing to deliver items and supplies to patients
• Enrichment/Activity Volunteer supporting community events
• Holiday and Birthday Volunteer that creates, delivers, and spends time with patients for holidays and birthdays (based on schedule, not on actual holidays or birthdays)
