About Polycreek:

Polycreek is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending online child abuse through technology, advocacy, and collaboration. We develop AI tools that detect and report harmful online content to authorities, to make the internet safer for children worldwide.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Board Member with deep expertise in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Online Risk Management. This role will help guide Polycreek’s policies and partnerships related to user protection, platform accountability, and ethical use of AI in digital safety contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on trust & safety frameworks and best practices.
• Advise on ethical policies for AI-driven content detection and response.
• Help shape partnerships with platforms, law enforcement, and child protection agencies.
• Contribute to board governance, mission alignment, and strategic oversight.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in trust & safety, platform integrity, online moderation, or related fields.
• Understanding of safety standards, digital risk, and user protection policies.
• Experience working with or advising technology companies, NGOs, or online platforms.
• Commitment to Polycreek’s mission of ending online child abuse through innovation and collaboration.
