Volunteer Position: Business Development Director — CNS Board of Directors

Board Member – Community Nature Station (CNS) CoOp

CNS CoOp is seeking passionate and mission-driven individuals to join our Board of Directors. CNS connects people with nature, culture, and tourism while fostering a vibrant, inclusive community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and governance to support CNS growth and impact
• Advocate for CNS mission, programs, and community engagement
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and resource development
• Attend board meetings and actively contribute to initiatives

Ideal Candidates:

• Passion for nature, community building, and cultural connection
• Experience in nonprofit leadership, business development, marketing, or technology (preferred)
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute time and expertise

Commitment:

Quarterly board meetings plus optional involvement in committees and events.
