Lead programs. Build experiences. Make an impact.

Pretty With Purpose is seeking a Program Manager — Youth Programs & Engagement to help lead, strengthen, and expand programs serving the young women in our organization.

This is a volunteer leadership position for someone who enjoys turning ideas into organized programs, coordinating people and activities, and creating experiences that have a meaningful impact.

    What You'll Do

    Program Leadership

    • Gather participant feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Team & Volunteer Coordination

    • Coordinate volunteers, mentors, and other individuals supporting assigned programs.
    • Clearly communicate responsibilities, deadlines, schedules, and expectations.
    • Conduct or support program meetings and planning sessions.
    • Encourage accountability, collaboration, and follow-through.
    • Escalate issues that require leadership attention.

    Program Operations

    • Maintain program calendars, timelines, documentation, and tracking tools.
    • Monitor program milestones and deliverables.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, activities, events, and program initiatives.
    • Identify barriers to successful program implementation and help develop solutions.
    • Ensure program records are maintained accurately.

    • Monitor program goals and outcomes.
    • Provide regular program updates to organizational leadership.

    • A strong communicator
    • Comfortable taking ownership of projects
    • Experienced in leading programs, projects, teams, or initiatives
    • Comfortable coordinating volunteers or teams
    • Able to manage multiple priorities
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Passionate about youth development and community impact
    • Committed to consistent communication and follow-through

The exact time commitment will be discussed during the interview and established during onboarding based on program needs and the volunteer's availability.

This position is designed for someone who wants meaningful leadership experience and the opportunity to directly contribute to youth development—not simply attend meetings.

    Why Pretty With Purpose?

At Pretty With Purpose, your contribution can extend beyond a title.

You'll have an opportunity to help build programs, develop people, solve problems, and create experiences that can influence a young woman's future.
