Volunteer Coordinator

Camp Kindness Counts believes in the power of kindness within young people, adults, and families. While this opportunity being local the Seattle area would make things easier. Volunteer candidates need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They need to be organized with good planning skills and have proficiency in excel and google docs. It is important that the volunteer filling this role is friendly, enthusiastic and feels passionate about our mission to nurture a kinder world.

Some other responsibilities include interviewing potential volunteers and creating/maintaining a volunteer database. Volunteers must communicate with volunteers on a bi-weekly basis and monthly virtual checks-ins. Volunteers must feel supported and the coordinator must communicate with both the board and founder on a regular basis.
