Remote HR & Volunteer Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of volunteers (posting roles, shortlisting, interviews)
• Onboard new volunteers and maintain volunteer records
• Track volunteer participation using Google Sheets
• Draft volunteer offer letters, agreements, and certificates
• Support team communication and scheduling
• Conduct basic volunteer check-ins and engagement activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Background or interest in HR, psychology, administration, or NGO work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and email
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Interest in nonprofit or social impact work.
