Volunteer GivingTuesday Campaign Manager

Join YAMM as a Volunteer GivingTuesday Campaign Manager and take the lead on one of the most important giving events of the year. You’ll combine strategy, fundraising, donor engagement, and logistics to design and execute a campaign that inspires giving and advances opportunities for underserved youth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of YAMM’s GivingTuesday campaign.
• Develop and implement a fundraising and donor engagement strategy.
• Coordinate with the YAMM team to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across all platforms.
• Build donor relationships through creative engagement before, during, and after GivingTuesday.
• Oversee campaign logistics, set timelines, and manage digital campaign assets.
• Track performance, measure results, and report impact to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, campaign management, or nonprofit marketing (preferred but not required).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving with ability to execute strategy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a virtual team.
