GOOGLE ADS COORDINATOR

Description

Google Ads Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing Young Mothers INC’s digital advertising through Google Ads and Google Ad Grants. This role supports awareness, engagement, and program visibility by creating campaigns that reach the right audiences and drive meaningful action.

The Google Ads Coordinator works closely with Communications, Website, and Fundraising teams to ensure that advertising campaigns align with current programs, initiatives, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Research and select effective keywords
• Write and test ad copy
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Prepare monthly performance summaries
• Collaborate with Website and Communications teams to align landing pages and messaging

Requirements

• Familiarity with Google Ads or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• Creative mindset for writing effective ad copy
• Reliable and organized
• Able to commit a minimum of ten hours a month working remotely
