Become a volunteer with us and make a meaningful difference. As a volunteer for Gentiva, you can offer support, companionship, and comfort to patients and their families; whether through visits, errands, conversation, or administrative tasks. No medical experience is required, and training is provided. Join us in bringing compassion and dignity to those who need it most.
Administrative tasks include preparing admission packets, handling mailouts, making bereavement baskets, filing, auditing, copying, and etc. Direct care volunteers can perform in-patient visits, telephone support, shopping, errands, household chores, and etc. (Direct care volunteers must be 18+)
