Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate going up and down stairs with furniture
Descrição
We work with families in Colorado Springs as they transition into stable homes. We are looking for volunteers to pick up donated furniture from community members and deliver it directly to the families in our program. Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying furniture up or down stairs.
You can volunteer as:
- Driver - Use our box truck (valid license and MVR check required) or your own personal vehicle
- Helper - Assist with loading, unloading, and carrying items
Shifts are flexible and can be as short as 45 minutes or as long as 4 hours. All items to be picked up are pre-screened and are located within the Colorado Springs area.
We ask that volunteers commit to at least 2-3 shifts each month.
