Join Art Sphere Inc’s Marketing Team to help drive digital engagement, support social media strategy, and create impactful content that promotes our free arts education programs for underserved youth in Philadelphia.

What You'll Do:

• Use Microsoft 365 to organize files and communicate with the team
• Collaborate with social media managers to align efforts and achieve marketing goals
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and search advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts
• Analyze and assess ASI’s long-term social media strategy and provide quarterly performance reports
• Help design promotional materials such as banners and posters using Canva
• Manage content development and publishing
• Support the creation of seasonal/holiday-themed handouts
• Balance creativity and analytical thinking to ensure data-driven marketing decisions

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in marketing, digital strategy, or social media management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Canva, and digital marketing tools
• Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
• Ability to manage self-guided work
• Access to technology and ability to meet virtually
