Creshendo is looking for a Social Media Strategist to guide how we show up across platforms — from planning what we post to making sure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns and grow our online presence.

What you'll do:

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content across various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Analyze social media performance data and metrics to track success and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and engaging messaging.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and competitive.
• Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and campaigns to maintain consistent brand presence.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community interaction.
• Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends.
• Report on social media ROI and performance to stakeholders regularly

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, MetriCool, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and content.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
