New York Peace Institute (NYPI) is seeking dedicated leaders to join our Board of Directors and help advance our mission of empowering New Yorkers and their communities with the skills and resources to navigate conflict and address incidents of harm. As a leader in conflict resolution and restorative justice, NYPI provides mediation and restorative practices to foster dialogue and collaboration across NYC. We also host trainings for schools, organizations, and companies to build dispute resolution skills, help them improve team cohesion, and resolve workplace differences.

We’re looking for individuals with expertise in fundraising, law, nonprofit management, communications and/or community engagement, especially those passionate about access to justice and alternative dispute resolution. As our world becomes more and more divided, people and communities need the services that New York Peace Institute provides now more than ever. It is a perfect time to join us and help make a positive change through conflict resolution.
