🌟 PASS Maryland Is Seeking Visionary Volunteer Board Members 🌟

Are you passionate about equity, crisis response, and systems change? PASS Maryland—a nonprofit dedicated to providing wraparound services, housing support, Medicaid navigation, youth enrichment, and job development—is expanding its leadership team.

We are currently seeking volunteer board members with expertise in the following fields:

• ⚖️ Legal (civil rights, housing law, nonprofit governance)
• 🩺 Medical/Healthcare (public health, behavioral health, Medicaid systems)
• 🏛️ Political/Government Affairs (policy advocacy, local government, legislative strategy)
• 💰 Fundraising/Development (grant writing, donor engagement, corporate sponsorships)
• 📊 Finance/Accounting & Banking (budgeting, audits, financial literacy, nonprofit compliance)
• 🧠 Social Work & Human Services (trauma-informed care, program design, systems navigation)
• 💻 IT Solutions & Data Systems (digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, CRM platforms, tech strategy)

We welcome individuals who bring:

• A commitment to dignity, equity, and transformation
• Lived experience or professional insight into housing insecurity, youth development, or crisis response
• A collaborative spirit and strategic mindset

Board members commit approximately 10 hours per month, including quarterly meetings, strategic planning sessions, and support for fundraising or advocacy initiatives. We also ask board members to make a personally meaningful financial contribution annually, in alignment with their capacity, to demonstrate shared investment in our mission and help us leverage additional funding.

Board members will help guide PASS Maryland’s growth, shape policy advocacy, and strengthen our impact across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford, Hereford, and Anne Arundel Counties.
