Google Ads Support Volunteer Opportunity

Reach for Resources is looking for a skilled volunteer to help us strengthen our online presence by managing and optimizing our Google Ads account. Your work will directly support our mission to advance inclusion for people of all abilities by increasing visibility for our programs, services, and events.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and reach
• Conduct keyword research and make strategic adjustments to improve ad performance
• Track and interpret analytics to provide insights on engagement and campaign trends
• Help us make the most of our Google Ad Grant by ensuring ads meet performance and compliance standards
• Communicate recommendations and results to staff in clear, accessible ways

Time Commitment

• Approximately 2 to 4 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling; work can be done remotely

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads (professional, freelance, or volunteer)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with analytics
• Ability to think strategically about online engagement
• Interest in supporting inclusion and community‑based programs
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently

Training & Onboarding

To ensure volunteer readiness and safety, this role requires:

• Completion of Reach for Resources’ online volunteer training modules
• A completed background check (no cost to the volunteer)
• A brief virtual orientation with staff to review goals and expectations
