A Hospice Veteran Volunteer provides companionship, emotional support, and specialized peer support to hospice patients who have served in the military. Veteran volunteers offer a unique connection through shared experiences, helping honor a patient’s service while providing comfort, dignity, and companionship during end-of-life care.
