    VOLUNTEER BOOKING & GUEST RELATIONS

    Paired with Conversion-Optimized Scheduling Agent

    WHY THIS MATTERS

You’re connecting the people who are actually shaping how society integrates AI into its future.

The guests on this show—government officials, enforcement agents, C-suite leaders, policy architects—are grappling with the questions that define the next decade: How do we regulate AI without stalling innovation? How do we protect workers and employment? How do we embed ethics into corporate governance? How do we ensure AI serves democracy, not undermines it?

These aren’t abstract debates. They’re happening in boardrooms, in Congress, in federal courthouses right now. And most of the public—most young people entering the workforce, most communities affected by these decisions—has no idea how they’re being made. these are the same issues that our chairman who was the CEO and chairman of a NASDAQ holistic company focus on regenerative medicine dealt with on a daily basis, and I want to expand that conversation and build a market presence along with his esteemed colleagues in government and the private sector. You will get to enjoy access to this network.

You’re the connective tissue. You’re the person ensuring that the people with hard-won expertise, institutional knowledge, and real power actually talk to each other. You’re building a network where a former FBI agent prosecuting AI fraud sits down with a CEO navigating compliance. Where a congressional staffer drafting AI regulation hears directly from the executive whose company will live under that rule. Where a policy architect meets the person implementing it in the real world.

That conversation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because someone cares enough to make it work.

You’re not just booking podcast guests. You’re helping guide society’s next evolution. And you’re doing it in a moment when clarity, trust, and honest dialogue are rarer and more valuable than ever.

    TIME COMMITMENT

4–6 hours per week. Are you with a genetic scheduling an outreach agent that will live and create prompts based on detailed research for the individuals in the vertical that you are targeting once you reach out to the correct podcast and traditional news profile that you will maintain those relationship relationships.

    • Daily outreach/response monitoring: 1 hour
    • Weekly relationship review & feedback: 1–2 hours
    • Escalation handling (variable): 1–2 hours

You are the tone, of the gases as well as contracts of what can be said with assistance of our COO and CTO.

    YOUR JOB

Monitor the agent’s execution. Catch relationship risk before it becomes a problem. Handle escalations the agent can’t resolve alone.

The agent runs at 90%+ conversion and manages the full booking lifecycle. You protect the relationships and make judgment calls on exceptions.

    WHAT YOU MONITOR

    Daily:

    • Agent’s outreach queue (before send or first thing in morning) — flag if timing, targeting, or tone feels off
    • Incoming responses — catch any guest requests that need human judgment (co-guests, custom NDAs, clip pre-approval)
    • Scheduling conflicts — guest double-booked or clashing with another target

    Weekly:

Pipeline health — are we maintaining 8–12 confirmed guests rolling 8 weeks?

    • Conversion patterns — where is the agent losing momentum?
    • Relationship continuity — are there guests who need re-engagement, peer referrals, or follow-up?

    WHAT YOU HANDLE

    Escalations the agent can’t resolve:

    • Gatekeeper pushback (chief of staff, publicist, counsel saying “not now”) — you call and negotiate
    • Guest exceptions (co-guest requests, custom NDA terms, clip pre-approval, timing constraints)
    • Relationship risk (guest under investigation, public feud with another guest, media blackout you didn’t catch)
    • Crisis management (cancellations, no-shows, guest situation changes)
    • Custom collateral (when a high-value guest needs bespoke positioning, not template)

    Feedback to the agent:

    • Flag patterns: “Outreach to sitting congressmen converts 12%; direct to chief of staff gets 40%. Weight that routing heavier.”
    • Update guest profiles: “This CEO will only do in-studio, not Zoom. This former FBI agent pre-approves clips. Agent, remember this.”
    • Escalation rules: “If a guest asks for custom terms, don’t auto-confirm. Flag to [you/legal/content lead].”
