Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is a youth-focused nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women through mentorship, leadership development, college and career readiness, health and wellness, and workforce development.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Programs oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs that support the growth and development of young women. This role works closely with leadership, volunteers, mentors, community partners, and participants to ensure programs are meaningful, organized, and aligned with the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support youth programs, workshops, mentorship opportunities, and special events.
• Develop program schedules, agendas, materials, and activities.
• Coordinate with mentors, volunteers, speakers, schools, businesses, and community partners.
• Support participant engagement and help connect young women with educational, career, wellness, and leadership resources.
• Monitor program goals, participation, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Collect participant feedback and assist with program evaluations and reports.
• Maintain organized program records, calendars, and documents.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships that strengthen the organization’s programs.
• Represent Pretty With Purpose professionally at community events and meetings.
• Perform additional program-related duties and special assignments as directed by the President/Executive Director.
