Role Overview
Board Members serve as part of the governing body of the organization, providing oversight, strategic input, and support to ensure the organization fulfills its mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in board meetings and discussions
- Provide strategic guidance and feedback
- Review organizational performance and reports
- Support financial oversight and accountability
- Uphold fiduciary duties (care, loyalty, obedience)

- Act in the best interest of the organization
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Experience in business, HR, finance, legal, or relevant field
- Interest in nonprofit governance
