Position Overview

We're looking for a Mombassador Coordinator to help expand and support our Mombassador program. If you enjoy reaching out, building relationships, and encouraging women in their efforts to uplift moms, this role will be a beautiful fit.

Key Responsibilities

• • Recruit new MombassadorsReach out with genuine enthusiasm to mompreneurs and women‑owned businesses
  • Brainstorm creative ways to find potential Mombassadors
  • Use (or help refine) an email template for first contact
  • Share a simple overview of the Mombassador program and its purpose
  • Offer additional info when requested (such as the Become a Mombassador! guide)
  • Invite interested women to complete the sign‑up form
  • Be available for questions and friendly conversation
  • Support Current MombassadorsCheck in regularly to see how their MomEvent planning is going
  • Offer help, encouragement, and updates on other events happening
  • Celebrate those who’ve held events and gather feedback or testimonials
  • Help them feel seen, supported, and connected

Time Commitment & Expectations

• Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to Momivate duties and outreach.
• Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
