Heart of LA 2026 Gala

Join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration and community impact! Heart of Los Angeles is looking for dedicated volunteers to help us execute our 2026 Gala, our most significant fundraising event of the year.

By volunteering, you play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide underserved youth with free, exceptional programs in academics, arts, and athletics. We need energetic individuals to help us create a seamless experience for our guests and supporters.

Some of the support we are looking for includes:

Guest Check-In & Registration: Welcoming attendees and managing the guest list.

Wayfinding & Hospitality: Greeting guests and directing them to the cocktail hour and ballroom.

Auction Assistance: Helping guests navigate the silent auction and assisting with item distribution.

Please note that there may be some heavy lifting involved.

Volunteer must be over the age of 18.
