Create content that educates, uplifts, and changes the narrative

Creshendo is launching a new TikTok strategy to connect with younger audiences—and we’re looking for a few standout creators to help lead the way.

As a TikTok Ambassador, you’ll be the face of short, powerful videos that bust myths, share truths, and highlight human stories from migrant and refugee communities. You’ll film yourself speaking directly to camera, using trends, empathy, and real information to shift the conversation—one video at a time.

What you’ll do:

• Film short TikToks that inform, challenge, and inspire
• Create myth-busting and story-driven content around migration and identity
• Use trending hooks, captions, or formats to drive engagement
• Collaborate with our storytelling and comms team to align messaging
• Help grow Creshendo’s digital reach and following

What we’re looking for:

• Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking directly to an audience
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, tools (like CapCut), and video editing
• Ability to turn complex or emotional topics into accessible, relatable content
• Passion for migration justice and human-centered storytelling
• Experience as a creator or influencer (formally or informally) is a plus

3 to 6 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Remote, with creative freedom to develop your own voice and approach
