Descrição
An organized, resourceful, bold, fundraising project manager is urgently needed to help launch our "hospital to home" Initiative. It is to serve youth 16-22 just release from the hospital. It is an important resource that we need to offer because of the lack of the proper diet while the body is being restored from illness and the hospital stay.
We need a self motivator and fundraising volunteer. This is a remote position.
