Support Patients by Becoming an Emergency Room Volunteer - HIGH PRIORITY POSITION

Emergency rooms can be a scary place for many people. With the large number of patients seeking care at our emergency room, the doctors and nurses don’t have any time to spare for creature comforts. You can fill this gap by ensuring patients have everything they need - warm blankets, pillows, snacks. Additionally, you’ll support staff by transporting patients in wheelchairs, restocking supplies, and turning over rooms between patients.

This role is for you if you:

• Enjoy working in a highly active department.
• Thrive on bringing comfort to patients.
• Like seeing the immediate results of your work through patient satisfaction
• Can be self-directed.

No experience necessary! We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful.

• 09:00 to 12:00 CST
• 12:00 to 15:00 CST
• 15:00 to 18:00 CST
• 18:00 to 21:00 CST
