Are you passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations that serve Underserved populations and their communities? Saffiyahfrica Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Grant Writer Volunteer to help us secure funding that will expand our impact!

Who We Are:

Saffiyahfrica Inc is a nonprofit organization based in New York City, committed to bridging the gap between immigration and healthcare, technology, and education. Our programs have positively impacted over 1,000 individuals, especially in the South Bronx, through health screenings, literacy workshops, and innovative Children’s Tech programs.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a volunteer with experience in:

• Researching grant opportunities
• Writing compelling grant proposals
• Understanding nonprofit funding sources
• Collaborating with program and leadership teams to align proposals with our mission

Your Role:

As a Grant Writer Volunteer, you will:

• Identify and research funding opportunities that align with our programs
• Draft strong proposals and assist with applications
• Help develop a grants calendar and reporting system
• Contribute to the sustainability and growth of our programs
