Volunteers are the heartbeat of hospice! Volunteers are needed for caregiver relief (so they can get a much needed get away for shopping, socializing, sleeping etc.) as well as socialization. Many patients don't have friends or family in the area or simply enjoy the presence of new friends. We often have volunteers share their own special talents with our patients as well (ie. music, singing, sewing/crafting, certified therapy dogs, masseuse, reiki, reflexology, hair stylists and more!) What special talents can YOU share?

All volunteers must submit an application, pass a TB Test, health screening, drug test, and have proof of car insurance. All costs are covered by Family Hospice Care. Volunteers will be provided ample onboarding and training before placement. No medical background/training required! Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Come share your heart and presence today!
