It is built to permanently support volunteer‑based emergency and humanitarian organizations worldwide.

To grow our impact, we are looking for Volunteer Recruiters to help us find and engage committed people for dfremss.

🌍 Your Mission

As a Volunteer Recruiter, you play a key role in building the dfremss community. You help connect motivated individuals with a meaningful global humanitarian project.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment of volunteers (e.g. tech, support, learning, community, marketing)
• Create and publish volunteer role postings on platforms such as Idealist, LinkedIn, and community channels
• First contact with interested candidates and matching them with the right teams
• Help improve and shape our volunteer recruiting processes
• Represent dfremss as an open, non‑profit, mission‑driven project

✅ What You Bring

• Interest in recruiting, HR, community building, or volunteering
• Strong communication skills (English and/or German)
• Structured and self‑driven working style
• Motivation to contribute to a high‑impact disaster response project
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
