Setup shifts are typically early afternoon (sometimes in am), and load out late evening. You can stay to assist during event if you’d like or pick either early/late shift.

There is nothing like being part of an event from setup to strike! Event logistics needed Oct 15-19, 2025. A great way to be involved with the events team behind the scene. You receive a gratis film voucher for each 4 hours. If you help on last day of festival which we always need more hands then, we can give you your film vouchers on an earlier date so you can enjoy with friends.
