The Volunteer Event Logistics Assistant

Supports the Community Engagement Coordinator by managing the detailed scheduling and operational logistics for Invisible Warriors’ community events and outreach activities. This volunteer is responsible for coordinating event dates, securing venues, organizing setup and breakdown, scheduling volunteers, and ensuring smooth execution on event days. Working closely with the Coordinator, the assistant uses digital tools to maintain calendars, communicate with stakeholders, and track event progress. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys hands-on coordination and wants to contribute directly to the success of programs supporting women veterans.
