Hearth is looking for caring, patient volunteers to help older adult residents complete our 2025 Resident Satisfaction Survey. This is a one-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring every resident’s voice is heard.
What you’ll do:
- Assist residents with filling out paper surveys
- Call the language line for residents who need translation support
- Make sure residents understand the questions
- Help organize and track survey materials
What we’re looking for:
- Comfort interacting with older adults in a respectful and supportive way
- Patience and good communication skills
- Basic comfort with paper surveys or tablets
