Permanent Web Developer (MindGlow Hub)

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Web Developer to join our growing creative-psychology community.

This is a permanent volunteer-to-paid role — ideal for someone who loves design, purpose-driven work, and digital storytelling.

You’ll play a vital part in shaping MindGlow Hub’s digital identity — from our website and project portals to creative storytelling through tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the official MindGlow Hub website
• Collaborate with creative, research, and event teams to keep content updated
• Create web pages for projects, events, and volunteer opportunities
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly design
• Implement SEO, performance optimization, and basic analytics tracking
• Suggest and integrate creative features that align with our mission

Preferred Skills

• WordPress / Wix / Squarespace or front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
• UI/UX awareness and design sense
• Knowledge of SEO basics and site analytics
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD (bonus!)
• Creative problem-solving & attention to visual storytelling
