Admin assistance in Capital City Hospice office

As one of the largest hospice providers in Central Ohio, Capital City is never short of administrative projects.

Capital City Hospice Volunteers help to:

• Scan & upload scanned and uploaded into 'the system' so that all files are current and compliant
• Assemble Admission Packets, Continuous Care information
• Answer phones
• Make scripted calls to patients/caregivers
• "Plot" scheduled visits
• Bereavement Mailings

Your organizational and computer skills make this an ideal opportunity for you! Volunteers may schedule time convenient for them to work in our office.

Volunteers must attend an orientation to learn about hospice, policies & procedures as well as documentation. Monthly orientation sessions are held in the Capital City Hospice office.
