What You'll Do:

• Assist with preparing and mailing bereavement cards and letters
• Make follow-up phone calls to offer emotional support and resources to grieving families
• Help track and maintain records of outreach efforts and family responses
• Provide a compassionate listening ear to families during phone conversations
• Offer information on grief counseling and other support resources available to families
