Treasurer (Board Member) for the League of Women Voters of San Francisco

Got a head for numbers and a heart for democracy? Become our volunteer treasurer to keep our books balanced and our finances strong. If you know your way around QuickBooks, PayPal, Google Sheets, and mobile banking systems, we want you! You’ll train with our current board treasurer for a smooth transition. Some responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping of financials both revenue and expenditures
• Pay bills and expenses, help budget chair to track by committee
• File taxes and official documents with the State of California to keep LWVSF compliant with nonprofit regulations
• Attend monthly board meetings, and quarterly budget committee meetings

The treasurer should be familiar with quickbooks, Paypal, and mobile banking systems. The treasurer will also be listed on LWVSF’s official banking documents.
