What will you do?

We expect Co-Campaign Leads to commit around 8 hours per week to Volt Europa. In this key position, you will play a central role in developing and coordinating campaign strategies that engage and mobilise supporters throughout Europe. You will:

• Lead the European Campaign Team : foster collaboration and share knowledge across chapters.
• Manage the database: interview and onboard volunteers from the campaign skills database, keeping an overview of available expertise.
• Setup project and linking: launch campaign projects and connect people with initiatives that fit their skills.
• Manage information flow: oversee a dedicated Haiilo page to provide updates, resources, and active communication within the team.
• Support structure: Act as the main coordination point, making sure campaign volunteers can be effectively mobilized at national, regional, and European level.
