Enjoy a fulfilling volunteer experience by providing companionship for patients in assisted living or short-term respite for home caregivers. You may listen to stories, watch TV, read, play music or just be present - all are a gift of your time. If interested, you may assist with facility activities.
Caregivers need breaks for appointments, running errands, or just to have lunch with a friend. Veteran-to-veteran and other specialty volunteers are welcome - music or art therapy, crafts, life review recording, pet therapy, spiritual support, beautician and barber services.
