Are you someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference during a tough time in their lives? The Kids First Program, part of the Hawai'i State Judiciary, is seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to serve as Children’s Group Facilitators during our family education sessions for those going through divorce or separation.
As a facilitator, you’ll guide small groups of children (ages 6-17) through activities and conversations designed to help them understand and cope with the changes happening in their families. Through games, discussion, art, and storytelling, you'll help each child leave the session with the following key messages:
