Cookie Crafting Specialist

Volunteers in this role support the food service team by preparing cookie dough to be used in the client's dining room. Fresh baked cookies elevate the client experience and provide a more comfortable, homier atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be willing and able to follow food safety expectations after training
• Be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Be able to move in and out of walk-in freezers, coolers and dry storage unassisted
• Be able to comfortably walk and stand for up to 3 hours
• Be able to work safely in a commercial kitchen environment and follow all safety procedures
• Be reliable and consistent
• Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Be able to comprehend, follow and retain verbal or written instructions
• Be able to work independently
• Be comfortable around large breed dogs

All applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete an online application, prescreening phone call, in-person interview, pass a criminal background check and complete all training.
