Help Gilda's Club Minnesota bring our silent auction to life online!
Each spring, Gilda's Club Minnesota hosts a fundraising gala with a virtual silent auction. This role will be instrumental in helping pull of a seamless and successful silent auction!
This role involves managing the online portion of our silent auction. As auction items arrive, you'll help create an engaging online experience by adding photos, descriptions, and details to our auction website. Your attention to detail helps guests easily browse and bid on the amazing items donated by our community.
No prior experience with our auction software is required - we'll provide training and support.
You'll:
- Add auction items to our online auction platform.
- Upload photos and descriptions.
- Help ensure auction listings are accurate and ready for guests.
We'll provide:
- Training on the auction software.
- Item information and photos.
- Ongoing support throughout the process.
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week during March and April, with a flexible schedule.
