Role Summary:

The Information Technology (IT), Digital Assets Management Professional will support the organization in managing, organizing, and securing digital assets and IT systems. This role ensures efficient access, storage, and governance of digital resources, enabling seamless collaboration and operational effectiveness across climate and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize digital assets, including documents, media files, and databases, ensuring proper structure and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain systems for digital asset storage, retrieval, and version control.
• Support IT infrastructure, tools, and platforms used across teams (e.g., cloud storage, collaboration tools).
• Implement best practices for data security, backup, and access control.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve digital asset management processes.

Requirements:

• Background in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience in digital asset management, IT support, or systems administration.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, file management systems, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems or content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of data security, access management, and backup protocols.
• Experience working on nonprofit, environmental, or impact-driven projects.
