Talent Acquisition Partner, Project Management Team
Detalhes
Descrição
Who this is for
You love the wide top of the funnel. You believe recruiting is a form of hospitality — that how someone is met at the door shapes what they can do inside. You want to bring that warmth to volunteer recruiting for a team that's growing fast.
What you'd actually do
Partner with the Project Management team on their full volunteer recruiting flow — inbound applicants, outreach campaigns, screening, and warm handoffs into onboarding. Where Executive Recruiters are matchmakers for senior craft, you're the person shaping how everyone else enters the team.
• Design the front door. Shape how the Project Management team describes itself in listings, outreach, and social so applicants understand what they're signing up for.
• Screen with care. Meet inbound applicants in short, warm conversations to understand their ikigai and match them to the right micro-role — including "not right now" with grace.
• Run sourcing campaigns. Design outreach experiments — university networks, professional associations, alumni groups — for the roles the team needs.
• Handoff warmly. Make sure every accepted applicant is introduced to their onboarding buddy and the Ikigai Concierge circle.
• Tune the funnel. Watch drop-off points and work with the HRBP and Process Improvement team to fix them.
Why this might be your ikigai
You'll practice talent acquisition as hospitality — a version of recruiting that isn't about pipeline metrics but about how each applicant is met. You'll get to shape both the top of the funnel and the moment of arrival.
Signs this role might fit you
• You've done volume recruiting or talent acquisition before.
• You believe how someone is met matters more than what job description they read.
• You can hold a warm "not right now" conversation without making it feel like rejection.
• You're comfortable running experiments on sourcing channels.
• You want a role where hospitality is the craft, not a soft skill.
Signs this role probably isn't for you
• You want to focus on senior placements (that's Executive Recruiter).
• You need pipeline dashboards to feel effective.
• You'd rather not talk to every candidate.
Commitment
Six-month initial commitment. Rhythm co-designed with the Project Management team based on their hiring cadence.
What you'll be part of
You'll partner with the Project Management team, the Executive Recruiter for the same team, the HRBP for Project Management, and the other Talent Acquisition Partners.
