Comayagua Cultural Trip: Create a Library in Honduras!

Join Chispa Project to create a library in Honduras, giving kids their first books ever!

Together, we’ll unpack boxes and inventory bright, colorful books, paint vibrant murals, and share in the laughter and excitement of the children who will use their library for years to come. And, when the workday is done, we’ll explore the world of chocolate production and experience the engaging culture around this historic colonial town.

No Spanish or special skills required - just a willingness to step in and give your "grano de arena (your grain of sand."

One of our previous volunteers, Karen, said, “I loved seeing students peek through doorways with anticipation and then radiate smiles as they opened new books…That was the first time many of the children had ever seen a picture book, and it feels great to be part of such important work.”
