Direct Care Volunteers

Gentiva Hospice offers volunteer services to the families we take care of. As a Direct Care Volunteer you will be in their home or facility where they live, as a volunteer you can sit with a patient for companionship, care giver relief/respite, socialization, light house keeping, read or play games with them. Our volunteers are not hands on so you will not be there to give care to our patients, just some company so their caregivers can have a break.
