Hospice Telephone Support Volunteer-Remote or in Petaluma office

Continuum Care Hospice is looking for the right person with excellent communication skills to make "check in" calls to our patients' families on a weekly basis. You will track supplies and medications that need ordering as well as to solicit feedback on patient and family satisfaction with overall hospice service delivery.

A caring, sensitive demeanor is essential for this role. You will be trained on all elements to successfully carry out these responsibilities. You will be a part of a small, friendly and supportive environment, and your work here will be appreciated by the entire team as well as the hospice patients and their families. It is a great way to give back to your community.

Qualifications:

• Understanding and supportive of hospice philosophy.

This position can be done remotely from your home weekdays or weekends. The position can also be performed during the week at our Petaluma office.
